- Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
- All sessions are in Aerobics Rooms 1 & 2 in the Campus Recreation & Wellness Centre.
- $200.00 fee is per person.
- Sessions in the month of October and on November 4 are at 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
