Decision:  Elections Committee ruled that behaviour in question was found to be seeking nomination not campaigning.

 

Complaint:  Late submitted nominations package by VP University Affairs candidate.

Decision:  Elections policy states that late submissions would not be accepted; nomination not accepted

Complaint:  CRO found a poster from UOIT Director for Faculty of Criminolgy, Justice and Policy Studies candidate Rachel Calveli placed in a prohibited area.

Decision:  Elections Committee voted to give candidate a sanction.

Complaint:  CRO found posters from VP of University Affairs candidate Terry Price placed in prohibited areas.

Decision:  Elections Committee voted to give candidate a sanction.

Complaint:  Complaint filed against VP Campus Life candidate Brad Jones for posters placed in prohibted area.

Decision:  Elections Committee voted to give candidate a sanction.

Decision:  Appeals Committee overturned ruling by Elections Committee.  Sanction against VP Campus Life candidate Brad Jones has been removed.
