Campus Food Centre

The Campus Food Centre is committed to reducing hunger on campus by providing quality, accessible food items and toiletries for students in need. Requests are kept confidential and can be made through the Women’s Centre Coordinator, and arrangements can be made for a pick-up date and time. Appointments are not needed. Users of the centre are provided with enough food supplies for four meals. Supplies can be accessed on a bi-weekly basis. Students are required to provide their name and student identification number.
Students who cannot come to the centre during regular hours are encouraged to contact the Women’s Centre Coordinator, and arrange to have a food hamper prepared and placed in an unmarked locker on campus. The combination is sent by e-mail after verification of student identification.
The Campus Food Centre accepts donations of food supplies and vouchers. If you or your club would like to organize a food drive on our behalf, please contact the Women’s Centre Coordinator at sawomenscentre@dc-uoit.ca.
