September-start Students:
Begins: September 1, 2012
Ends: September 30, 2012

January-start Students:
Begins: January 1, 2013
Ends: January 31, 2013

February-start Students:
Begins: February 1, 2013
Ends: February 29, 2013

May-start Students:
Begins: May 1, 2012
Ends:May 31, 2012

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Students may only opt-in or opt-out during the month that they start full-time studies.
• May-start students must complete a paper opt out form through the SA Main Office and provide proof of coverage.
• NO EXCEPTIONS are made if the deadline is missed.
• Opt-out cheques are issued in the name of the student.
